How weekly cashback works
Each week, your total losses minus your total winnings give you your net loss. Your VIP tier's cashback rate applies to that net loss. So in a week when luck isn't on your side, VIP cashback gives some of it back.
A Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000
Maximum cashback rate at Gold tier is 0.7%
Cashback: ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140
This Gold member can receive ৳140 for that week. At Diamond tier with a rate of 1.2%, the same net loss would earn ৳240 cashback.
How to move to a higher tier
